Broadstairs Self-catering family friendly holiday house available to rent.
Excellant location, less than 5 minutes walk to the sandy beaches and to Broadstairs town centre.
Relax in a modern three bedroom family holiday rental house perfectly situated in a quiet cul-de-sac right in the heart of Broadstairs, an easy 5 minute walk from the High Street, with all its facilities, as well as from Stone and Viking Bay - two of the best sandy beaches in the area. The House can accommodate up to 5 people comfortably in its 3 large bedrooms (as well as an additional infant in a cot).
This fully furnished holiday house has plenty of space in which to unwind with a large comfortable living/dining area, and a well equiped kitchen with further seating and plenty of fridge/freezer space. There is an upstairs bathroom as well as a large separate ground floor shower and W.C. which is perfect for the senior age range who may not wish to climb stairs so often and for washing off younger family members on thier return from the beach!
The private enclosed sunny garden is west facing and there is a garden table, chairs and sunshade for your use. In addition there is a large shed in which to store your beach items/pushchairs/bicycles.
There is off street parking for one car immediately to the front of the house (please see photograph above) and further street parking nearby.
Children and babies are most welcome and catered for (let us know if you need a cot or high chair) but we request no pets and no smoking. There is room for the cot in the main and twin bedrooms and we can also accommodate a further small child in a bed in the third bedroom, if two children are happy to share this room with a single bedside table and lamp between them.
We are registered with the local tourist board and have been awarded a 3 star rating under the Visit Britain Quality Assessment Scheme.
There is Freeview and a DVD player (bring your own DVD's) in the living room as well as a Video player. There is also a TV/DVD player in the master bedroom with Freeview.
There is a small library, a selection of games, together with some childrens videos and toys at the house for your use, and plenty of room in the back garden for a BBQ.
Upstairs
Bedroom one :- a large double bedroom with double bed, dressing table and plentiful hanging cupboard space.
Bedroom two :- a second large double bedroom with plentiful hanging cupboard space and two single beds.
Bedroom three:- a good sized single bedroom with plentiful hanging cupboard space and single bed.
Upstairs bathroom.
Downstairs
A ready to go kitchen with large fridge/freezer, cooker, washing machine and breakfast table.
Entrance hallway with room for coats and shoes. Large under stair cupboard for golf clubs and/or beach equipment.
Lounge/Diner with TV, Video, DVD, Freeview, dining table and chairs.
Downstairs toilet and shower room.
The house has full gas central heating and double glazing throughout.
West facing sunny rear garden.
