Booking Deposit £100
Full Payment 4 Weeks before arrival
Additional refundable £75 deposit to cover breakages, mis-use etc.
We are happy to be flexible over dates if you wish to visit over the 2011 Christmas and New Year period.
House available at 2pm on date of arrival and to be vacated by 10am on date of departure. (except for weekend breaks) Please note that we will charge £25 from your deposit for each half and hour that you are late leaving. This is because we need to bring in extra help to prepare the house for the next visitors
No dogs or other pets
Children welcome – high chair and cot available
Lettings Saturday to Saturday (except weekend breaks when available)
Price includes bed linen but please bring your own towels and tea towels.
Letting Agreement and Terms (subject to change).
Changeover day is normally a Saturday, but it may be possible to accommodate other days, so please ask. The house is available from 2pm on your day of arrival and we would ask you to depart by 10am on your last day. a £25 charge wil be made for each 1/2 hour late in leaving
Bed Linen is included but please bring your own towels and tea towels etc. Linen will not be washed during your stay if provided however the property does have a washing machine. We do not provide sheets for the cot so please bring your own bedding.
Terms of Booking
• A non refundable deposit of £100 is required to secure the booking.
• A refundable damage and security deposit of £75 is payable which will be refunded following inspection, within 14 days of your departure
• Balance of the rental to be paid not less than 4 weeks prior to arrival date.
• Cancellations within 4 weeks of arrival date will incur the full cost of the rental.
• Cancellations with more than 4 weeks notice will result in a loss of the deposit unless we can successfully re-let the property.
• Rates inclusive of all taxes.
• The house is not to be used to accommodate more than 5 people (excluding a small infant in the cot).
• Pets are not allowed.
• The house is non-smoking.
• Waterproof mattress protectors are provided, which can be used under the quilted mattress protectors, e.g. for young children. A charge of £50 will be levied for cleaning where the mattress protectors are not used and mattresses are soiled.
• Please leave the house on the day of departure by 10am.
• Please notify us of any breakages, damage or defects during or at the end of your stay. If you are unsatisfied with anything during your stay, please contact us immediately so we can rectify it.
• Keys will be available in a secure location. You will be provided with a numerical security lock number to access the keys on the day of your arrival. Please ensure you have contacted us before on the day before you arrival to get the key code.
• The house is to be left clean and tidy. Bins are to be emptied into the dustbins as per the instructions in the welcome pack.
• Fridge/Freezer is to be left clean and empty.
• Tenants are respectfully asked to respect the privacy of the neighbours and ensure that cars are parked only on half of the shared drive.
• A cot and high chair are available located in one of the wardrobes upstairs. These should be left in a clean state.
• All sets of keys are be returned at the end of the let.
